Pylon Pro on your mobile device
On your device, Pylon Pro includes all of the Lotus Notes PIM
functionality of Pylon Conduit, but also functions as a device
application that can take on the look and feel of any Lotus Notes
custom database. Using Pylon Pro, you can create a fully-customized
Pocket PC application from any Lotus Notes database.
Synchronization between your desktop and your device
Your device communicates with your desktop computer when you use
Microsoft ActiveSync (for Pocket PC OS) or Palm HotSync Manager
(for Palm OS) and a cradle to sync. During the sync process, Pylon
moves information from Lotus Notes, such as unread mail or new
appointments, to your device. Pylon also moves information from your
device, such as replies to mail or new contacts, to Lotus Notes.
